TRAINING OUR STAFF IS IMPORTANT TO US
We are dedicated to providing high quality child care and this includes training opportunities for our staff.
We have trained and supported our staff to become qualified, experienced practitioners. From a level 2 or 3 NVQ, to studying for a degree or early years teacher status.
We have a mentoring system in place so that less experienced staff can learn and seek advice from our senior practitioners. We are keen to teach what we know and love, so that future generations can enjoy our fun, enthusiastic and knowledgeable approach to child care. Staff also have access to online training portals which encourages them to continue their professional development in all areas. All staff undergo regular safeguarding training online and in house during meetings and workshops.
